Who do you know in the hospitality industry?
--
One of the largest employment sectors utilizing human trafficking is the hospitality industry. From slave labor in kitchens and housekeeping to sex slavery in motels, hotels and B&B’s, people are trafficked in most every country around the world.
One organization fighting this trend is the Shiva Foundation, located in the United Kingdom. By working collaboratively with business, community and individual leaders, their goal is to educate, mitigate and rescue those who find themselves helplessly entangled with traffickers.
They have also completed what I find to be the most comprehensive guide to fighting trafficking in the hospitality industry. This “toolkit” is a 62-page PDF that is full of education, training, posters, guides and checklists that would benefit any business in the industry that shares the goal of preventing trafficking in the hospitality field.

Please download and forward to anyone you know in the hospitality industry. It could be just what someone needs to be identified and saved from a lifetime of slave bondage.
