When you call the hotline — here’s what happens

Most people who have an interest in preventing human trafficking know that there is a National Human Trafficking Hotline number to call when you see something suspicious. What they don’t know, is what they are getting involved with. What are their expectations? How does it work? What happens after the call? Should I just call 911 instead?
